NEW BEGINNINGS 88 INTERNATIONAL FREE CHURCH (NB88 IFC) as a First and Fourteenth Amendment Private Member Association and Free Church, we have a firm commitment to protecting your privacy as a private member church as we are 1st and 14th Amendment entitled. The following statement explains our policy in regard to the collection and use of any personal information you may give us as you use the NB88 IFC website located at www.nb88ifc.net (the Web Site) or any of the services provided there in (collectively the Service).

Your continued use of the Web Site or the Service indicates your agreement to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Please do not provide us with any personal data that you do not want to be used by  NB88 IFC in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. NB88 IFC reserves the right at any time to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Privacy Policy to comply with any applicable state and federal regulations and to utilize new technologies or to improve your experience. If we change the Privacy Policy, the changes will be posted in this document clearly informing you of what these changes are, how we might use your information provided and to whom we will disclose it.

Information we collect

You may choose to provide us with personal information in a variety of specialized situations. The Website may offer you the possibility to contact NB88 IFC with any questions or comments or to make donations to NB88 IFC through third-party websites. In this respect, you may choose to provide some personal information to NB88 IFC. The type of personal information that NB88 IFC may collect includes first name, last name, email address, postal address, phone number, gender, and country of residence. In addition, you may choose to provide credit card (or bank) details to our payment processor in connection with a donation to NB88 IFC.

In the course of our working we may use your personal identifying information to generally communicate with you via our ministry and by our leadership, handle and deliver purchase orders, process payments or donations, and otherwise provide other Services to you. In addition, we may share such data with our affiliates or ministry partners who are bound by privacy policies similar to this one and any agents we use to perform any aspect of Servicing (i.e. using a third party provider to process transactions) who will only be permitted to use such information for such aspect of servicing the church members. However, they are not authorized by NB88 IFC to use such information for any other purpose or transfer it to anyone else.

In addition, we may share your data when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of law or comply with a legal process served to us. In addition, we may disclose your personal information to law enforcement authorities investigating suspected illegal activity or to its legal advisers in connection with a suspected violation of this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use. In addition, we may share your data in aggregated form to provide statistical user data about our subscribers to advertisers, potential advertisers, content licensors or other third parties who we believe can provide services or products that are useful to you as a Christian. On our Web Site, you are given the opportunity to request that we not sell or dispose or otherwise disclose your personally identifiable information with any unrelated third parties, and if you so elect, we will not share your specific personally identifying information with such third parties to allow them to contact you about their products or services.

The Web Site contains links to other web sites. By clicking on any of these links, you are leaving the Web Site. We have no control over the information collected from or about you by any third party after you have left the Web Site. This Privacy Policy does not cover the data collection and use practices of any third party that is linked to the Web Site. The Web Site may facilitate access to certain social networking websites and other websites or services with user-generated content features. This may include click-through access to such websites, or activation of such websites when you make a comment or click “like” on the Web Site using a Face book (or similar) social plug-in. The other website’s privacy policy applies to any personal information you provide to that website.

The Web Site may also allow you to submit content for discussion forums, message boards and other public features (Public Forums). We do not restrict the distribution of personal information that you voluntarily disclose in these Public Forums, so please be aware that any information you disclose there may be collected and used by others. NB88 IFC implements reasonable physical, administrative and technical safeguards to help us protect your personal information and privacy as a 1st amendment Church within the United States of America and that is under our control from unauthorized access, use and disclosure. Among other things, we use technologies and processes such as encryption, access controls, network firewalls, physical security and other measures to protect your personal information. In addition, when we work with other companies to process credit card transactions, those companies also use encryption and other security measures and protocol features to safeguard information.

Retention of Personal Information

NB88 IFC will retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide you services. If you wish to request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, you may contact us at info@nb88ifc.org. In addition; we will retain your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Your Choices

If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive Church communications from NB88 IFC (e.g. newsletters, service updates, or promotional emails), you may opt out by clicking on a link in the email you receive or by sending an email to info@nb88ifc.org. You may review, update, correct or delete your personal information, elect not to receive future Church communications or any information from third parties, elect and/or choose to no longer receive the Service updates by contacting us at support@nb88.org. This e-mail must include your full name, e-mail, residential address and contact information in the request in order to allow us to verify your identity. Please note that if you request the deletion of your personal information, we may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate Church purposes and records.
